On May 8, 2020, the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health had previously posted information on their website regarding resuming deferred and preventative healthcare in Los Angeles County.
While their guidance stated that facilities need to be able to follow the CDC’s Interim Prevention and Control Recommendations for Patients with Suspected or Confirmed Coronavirus Disease in Healthcare settings, we are pleased to announce that the CDC most recent update on May 18, 2020 stated that the prior recommendation that all elective procedures be postponed has been removed. All of these documents granting us permission to reopen have been posted on our front door and are available below. We have all of the most up to date documentation and will continue to monitor and follow all CDC and LA County guidelines.
